Compliance assistant

Ask in your own words, and get the law with its source.

Watch the assistant work: it searches the registry, checks what is currently in force, and answers by citing the provision. Every statement carries the legal basis behind it, so you can verify before you run payroll.

LexPayroll Brasil

Pergunta de quem opera a folha

A demonstration with real questions and scripted answers, so you can read at your own pace. In the product, the question is yours.

Our own registry, with effective dates

Answers come from statutory text the platform maintains, not from a model recalling something. Superseded language never finds its way back in.

A source on every statement

Section, ruling or regulation next to each conclusion. Without that, an answer is just an opinion.

Your client agreements

The assistant reads the union agreements you uploaded and flags when a client clause overrides the general rule.

Deterministic math

Numbers never come from AI. Payroll, vacation and termination run on rule engines, with formula and base open line by line.

Free, no sign-up

Start with the simulators.

The same deterministic engines the platform runs on, opened up: every pay item comes out with its formula, its base and its legal source in the calculation memory. Current social security and income tax tables, payslip, vacation receipt and the TRCT form.

These are not decorative screenshots: each block below is how the module actually answers, with the legal basis exactly where it appears in the product.

Compliance Assistant

Ask. Find the rule. See the source.

The Assistant searches the normative library and ties every statement in the answer to the provision that supports it, respecting effective dates. When the library has no rule on point, it says so instead of guessing.

Can I deduct the transport allowance from someone working from home?
No, not while the work stays remote.

The transport allowance pays for the commute between home and workplace. With no commute there is no fact that authorizes the deduction of up to 6% of base salary.

Legal basis
Law 7.418/1985, art. 4 · Decree 95.247/1987, art. 9
Official source: Planalto
Regulatory Monitoring

The queue of what changed, with the source beside it.

The engine watches the official gazette, Planalto, Receita Federal, PGFN and the courts. Every detection arrives with the published text, the link to the official source and the estimated payroll impact. Nothing enters the library without a human decision.

Normative Library

Repealed wording never comes back through a side door.

The library keeps the timeline of every provision. Search comes out with the effective-date filter already applied, and superseded wording stays visible as history, never as an answer.

Labor Code, art. 58, § 2
In force

Time spent by the employee from home until actually taking up the workstation is not counted as working time.

Previous wording

Commuting time in transport provided by the employer, to a hard-to-reach location, is counted as working time.

Amended by Law 13.467/2017

Collective agreements

The clause, the pay item it creates and the statutory floor.

You upload the PDF and the system splits the document into clauses, flags the ones that create a payroll obligation and compares each of them against the statutory minimum.

Clause 12, night shift premium

Night shift premium of 35% over the regular hourly rate.

Statutory floor: 20% (Labor Code, art. 73)More favorable than the statute, it prevails
Pay item: night shift premium
Deterministic simulators

Every number with the rule that produced it.

No AI in the math: same input, same result, always. The calculation memory opens item by item, with the formula, the base and the provision, so you can check line by line and attach it to a case file.

Impact analysis

Knowing what changed is half the work.

For firms and payroll providers with many clients, LexPayroll matches each detected change against the jurisdiction and profile of the companies in the book. Triaging what needs action stops being manual.

  1. Regulatory change
  2. Jurisdiction
  3. Organization profile
  4. Potential impact

Across the book, 14 companies are reached by this change.

Official government sources

No provision comes from a third-party portal.

Every provision in the Brazilian library is read on the website of the agency that published it, and that address is stored on the rule. Nothing enters through an aggregator, a news portal, a legal blog or a law firm summary.

  • Planalto, for federal statutes and decrees
  • Diário Oficial da União, for what was published today
  • Receita Federal and PGFN, for the tax side
  • The higher labor and constitutional courts, for settled case law
  • eSocial and FGTS Digital, for filing obligations

What the platform covers

From the legal text to the number on the payslip. Every module points to the official source the information came from.

Normative Library

The Labor Code, social security and tax law applicable to payroll, case law, eSocial and FGTS Digital, with effective-date control: repealed wording never answers as if it were still in force.

Official government sources

Planalto, Receita Federal, PGFN, the higher courts and official publications. Every statement points to the provision it came from, and none of them comes from a third-party portal.

Regulatory Monitoring

The official gazette and government sources are watched. Every detected change is analyzed and reviewed before it becomes intelligence.

Collective agreements

Collective bargaining agreements organized clause by clause, linked to the clients each one reaches.

Deterministic simulators

Payroll, vacation and termination with a detailed calculation memory and a legal source per pay item. Same input, same output, no AI in the math.

Impact analysis

Regulatory change matched to the jurisdiction and profile of each organization: knowing what changed is half the job; knowing who it hits is the other half.
